In November 2005 a preparatory meeting was held at Withernsea Junior School, attended by representatives of schools in Cyprus, Germany and Poland.
A new project was discussed - Our European Cultural Heritage - and forms were submitted in 2006.
The project was accepted and we began our new project linking with old and new partners in 8 countries :- Belgium. Cyprus, Gran Canaria, Germany,Romania,Hungary,Poland,Malta and UK.
We held our first meeting in Munich in October 2006.
Each School has their own dragon mascot, meet
WITHERS the withernsea dragon.
